
You will be building the entire contents in one product and the splitting it up later for each product such as Core, Plus and Pro.
Choose Course
Create new folder in dropbox or other current asset location for the course and all of its assets (3. Owned Assets > New Product) for instance.
Download files into proper location.
Unzip and delete the zip files
Go to the proper ‘location’ or business within buildstuff.pro
Go to memberships on the left column
In the top menu hit courses > products
On the top right hit create new product > Start From Scratch > Create Your Own

Name the product
Add Disclaimer Section
Add Disclaimer Lesson
Copy paste Disclaimer.
Replace ebook word with the word ‘course’
Add Disclaimer image to featured image
Create Section in Product
Name it the name of the free opt-in product or report
Open the original Report file
Save and rename any photos into a folder in the same folder as the report exists
I have the easiest time copying images from adobe acrobat
use the structure of: ch1.jpg for the featured image and 1-1.jpg 1-2.jpg 2.1.jpg etc (chapter.image#) for each image within the chapter
Create Section in the Product for the Report
Add a lesson for each area of the report and name using this convention: (Roman numerals followed by a period then the title in camel case ie. 'IV. Create Report Section')
Add the Featured Image both to the featured image section and to the top of the body of the copy
Copy and paste each lessons content
The Name of each chapter or lesson should be at the top in Heading1 Left Justified
Use Heading2 for each subsection
Use Heading3 for titles within each subsection
use ( #2F5496 ) or ( 47, 84,150, 1 ) for the heading color
Each image will not copy into the lesson if you just copy paste the whole lesson from Mac preview or Word etc. It will however leave a place holder, possibly in the wrong place. You must replace these images
add relevant alt text to any images
simply click embed image > upload image. then drag in your image
leave size set at auto
When adding images add the image url to the image action link field and set to open in the same page so that the image will open in a popup when you click on it.

add Audio - VI replacing VI with the audio number. underline and Heading2
add your audio embed on the next line. do not change any size settings
add Video - VI replacing VI with the video number. underline and Heading2
add you video embed on the next line. do not change andy size settings
add a space.
add your title on the next line. Heading1, Centered, #2F5496
open the code editor in the menu that looks like this: < >
be careful only to change what you need to
for the audio, at or near line 20 for the audio replace the line that starts with 'style':

for the video, at or near line 41 for the audio replace the line that starts with 'style':
style="width: auto; height: auto; margin-bottom: auto;" for video

hit save on the modal window
save the project
add a space after the title
on the next line add image for that section
add a space after image
you will be adding a paragraph space before and after every image here out.
after the image and a space, add your text or subtitle
text must be set to paragraph
subtitles must be set to Heading2, left justified, with color #2F5496
Create Resources
Create a lesson for each additional resource
Create a video subsection
Add one video to each lesson
Create lesson to look as close to the original as possible including wrapping text, justifying, heading and spacing
I have the easiest time copying formatting with the least modification needed when I use Mac Preview
Create a separate section for the downloads
Create a folder in your materials in dropbox that pulls together all the material
Create one folder for Core Material such as the report
Another for the Plus material which is everything except multimedia
And a last folder for videos and audio
Add logo to pdfs using acrobat or comparable
Add hyperlink on image to https://you.earth
Rename each file to standards of other products
Name everything simply and clearly such as Mindmap or Videos etc…
Look at other products in dropbox for current conventions
Create a clone of the finished product for each tier
In Core, only enable the report
In Plus, publish everything except the downloads
In Pro, publish all modules
Using the 'Core Plus Pro' design and current protocols to create the core plus and pro images
Download and add to your project folder on dropbox in a new folder called canva images
Add the Appropriate Image to each product
